Group Classes

Beyond The Surface currently has multiple morning and evening group classes to choose from! It is a great community that not only supports you, but also encourages you to keep showing up and pushes you to do better. Group classes are a well-rounded workout routine that focuses on strength and endurance.

Group Class Schedule

Mornings

  • 5am: Mon-Fri

  • 6am: Mon-Fri

  • 7am: Mon-Sat

  • 8:30am: Mon-Fri

  • 10am: Mon-Fri

Evenings

  • 4:30pm: Mon-Thurs

  • 5:30pm: Mon -Thurs

Trial Class

If you are feeling uncertain about if Beyond The Surface is a good fit for you, BTS offers free trial classes for you to get an all around feel of what the environment will be like!   • Workout shoes and a good attitude! I provide water and a towel if needed during class.

  • No! I work with any fitness level. Beyond the Surface will provide a strong foundation for you to start or improve your fitness journey.

  • Each class is about 50 minutes starting with a 5 minute warm-up. You can expect some form of strength and conditioning training. Each week is unique in that no two classes are exactly the same!
